1.       洗完脚后，剪开足膜封口。 2.       如穿鞋袜般套上足膜即可，见包装图示.建议套上一双袜子方便行 动，这样能使足肤紧紧的贴服。 3.       把小小透明胶纸贴一下就好了。 4.       建议的使用时间在90~120分钟，再以清水沖洗即可，用干净摸布把脚擦干，保持脚部干燥，对蜕皮效果会有帮助。足膜是採酸性滲透，而非鹼性腐蝕，超过时间也不用擔心肌肤受伤。所以使用时间只要在建议的时间范围內就夠了。 5.       使用后第三至五日，足部角质开始会有脫屑现象属正常情况。效果因人而异 6.       一週後若还有脫皮，可再使用一次足膜。 7.       在使用的这段时间，脚会有些干，这属正常现象，这期间可以用滋润霜，使足部肌膚常保光滑細緻。 8.       依照个人的角质厚度与多少脱皮程度与时间上会不同。死皮厚的，有老茧的建议3个星期后用第2双，之后每1月保持使用一次！，这样才能达到个人的理想效果。 9.       脱到满意效果后，注意勤保养（涂滋润霜呵护双脚）、去角质。足部护理也是需要持续~保持现在的好状态。 10.    请保存於30度以下，不受陽光直射，且孩童無法取得之處，並於開封後立即使用，以避免空氣接触之汙染变质。 11.    .使用时產生任何敏感不适，请立即停用以清水沖洗並询问医生.
